The heart of reality is the awareness of non self.

Releasing ourselves from notions and/or wrong views, we are are able to recognize ourselves in all things… and all things in ourselves…
through this mature discovery transcend evaluation of object and subject…
we experience direct non-discriminative wisdom.

Seeing into the our own nature is the essence of  Zen.
