What would you say to the person you were one year ago?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 24, 2007:

i would give me this poem....

i'm happy you began to seek
i hope the steps haven't hurt your feet
i believe in you and love you today
tomorrow will come as you make your Way

i know it seems slow to come
but remember all is one
these moments are meant to teach a lesson
and each trial experienced, a hidden blessin

i'm proud to say that you are me
our musical connection, a symphony
see how far we've come in life
spirit waits and manages strife

if you're in need of a sign of grace
look in the mirror at your face
it shows the wisdom your movement gains
and releases your sorrowfilled pains

now, look at those you've left behind
and also to those who stand beside
they personfiy this simple truth
that you are spirit, and i am you.

thank you for being here :) the funny thing is i think it can apply no matter where you are on your path. even if you've become richer, fuller, or more aware, there is always more to come.
